Bodies
All ACCI bodies possess very good mechanical properties, such as hardness and compressive strength. They hold up well under harsh conditions, such as acid corrosion, high-wear areas, and sliding abrasion. They also have very good electrical insulation properties and very specific thermal conductive and thermal expansion rates.
92% Al₂O₃

- Finer grain allows it to be polished to achieve fine micron finishes

- Normally not for metalizing due to its lack of glassy phase
Custom Parts Made to Fit Your Exact Specifications
Here at ACCI, almost everything we manufacture is to the customer's specifications. Lead times for custom parts vary from part to part. Typically, an as-pressed part that requires new tooling will have a delivery time of around eight to ten weeks. If the part can be green machined, you will be looking at a delivery time of around three to six weeks.

Standard Parts Ready for Shipping Now
