ACCI has worked with numerous companies to help develop critical components that are used in the aerospace industry. Based off of the customer’s print we help them create specialized components, to tight tolerances, that fit in the packages they supply. Our engineering team along with our manufacturing capabilities allow us to provide custom components, from one-offs to hundreds of thousands of parts, which are used in specialized assemblies in the aerospace industry.

Over the years ACCI has supplied a wide variety of components that are used in the semiconductor industry. We maintain a close relationship with our customers from the initial design phase through the completion of the project. ACCI manufactures ceramic components that are used in the automotive industry. We manufacture parts that are used in fluid and pressure sensors, as well as some other custom applications. As with everything we do at ACCI, we work closely with our customers, beginning in the initial design phase to achieve the best possible part for their application.

Alumina ceramic is an excellent insulator and is extremely wear and corrosion resistant. Ceramic components provide good electrical insulation with a low dielectric constant and high mechanical strength.

ACCI offers a true black alumina, not a brown color that is called black. We have been told by our customers that this is one of the best black alumina’s they have seen. We have spent countless hours trying to get the best black color we can achieve and we feel we have finally achieved that.
